THE NOTES: This is an assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. This wine displays notes of blueberry, red berries dark chocolate and cigar box. It is me-dium-bodied, well-balanced and possesses a balanced finish.
THE PAIRINGS: A well balanced and medium- bodied wine, this Cabernet Merlot is a pleasure to pair with. We recommend enjoying it with Short Rib Ragu with Tagliatelle, BBQ hamburgers or Wine-Braised Pork Tacos.
