Appearance: Classic ruby in colour, medium intensity with soft garnet edges—an elegant hue reflecting its cool-climate origin and aging potential.
Nose: Toasty and spicy, with aromas of raspberry, black plum, and vanilla from oak integration.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, and well-balanced. Raspberry and black plum dominate the fruit core, supported by refined oak spice and a gently firm structure. A Pinot that holds its own with richer fare.
