The 2022 vintage was a cool, but abundant year providing us the opportunity to experiment with a small portion of Merlot. Hand-harvested and underwent saignee to intensify the character and structure of the finished wine. We made only 100 cases of this small lot, experimental wine. Expect rich dark fruit notes with cocoa, coffee, and vanilla which lead to a balanced, fruit-driven palate, with elegant structure, and smooth mouthfeel.
