The bouquet is both complex and inviting, offering an aromatic tapestry that begins with fresh herbal nuances of dried mint intertwined with rich fruity notes of boysenberry & black cherry. Subtle notes of cedar and
tobacco leaf add depth while a hint of leather provided an earthy finish. The palate unfolds luxurious layers of dark chocolate and espresso, creating a rich velvety texture. As the wine evolves, ripe plum flavours emerge, complemented by a persistent note of leather that echoes the complexity found on the nose. Aged in a combination of French (93%) & American (7%) oak (43% new) for 18 months.
