100% Organic and Biodynamic certified Grüner Veltliner
Tasting Notes: Fresh quince leads the nose while celery lead and floral notes shine through.
The palate has a creamy softness with hints of sweetness and yellow apple that
transition to a zesty white pepper finish. Finishes balanced and clean.
Food Pairing Notes: A juicy, aromatic white wine for richly flavoured foods. Try with miso
dressings, pesto chicken, or something as simple as sour cream and onion
potato chips!
Vineyard Notes: 2022 was a cooler growing season in the Okanagan Valley. Grapes were
harvested from Grüner Veltliner vines planted in 2011 on our Demeter
certified estate vineyard in Kelowna, BC.
Winemaker Notes: Fruit was hand harvested from Summerhill Vineyard. It was then destemmed,
crushed, and left to soak on its skins for 12 hours with no temperature control.
Based on Biodynamic principles, this wine fermented naturally with ambient
farm yeasts in a stainless-steel vessel.
Residual Sugar: 8.4 g/L
