Description from the Producer
Tasting Notes: Light straw in colour. Aromas of lemon and lime zest, mandarin orange, fruit blossoms, and white peach highlight our ripe fruit concentration. On the palate, tension, structure, minerality and crisp acidity drive this wine. Fruit flavours carry through onto the palate as well, with peach, orange and gooseberry flavours at the fore front.
Winemaking Approach:
- Grapes were destemmed and crushed before pressing with 25% having a 12-hour cold soak on skins. After pressing fermentation is temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks, with temperature ranging from 16c-18c.
- Fermentation lasted between 10 -14 days. Fermentation was stopped with cold temperature with the desired amount of residual sugar remaining.

- Drink now with potentially for extended cellar aging.
- Pairs wonderfully with fresh fish, crustaceans, and mollusks
