Opening aromas of black cherry compote, earthy mushroom, and a subtle maple‑taffy mingles with autumn leaves and a gentle lift of eucalyptus. The palate is vibrant yet silky, carrying raspberry, dark cherry, and savoury notes of wild morel mushroom. A whisper of spruce tips adds freshness and a distinctive regional character. Crafted from clone 667, the wine is unfined and unfiltered, and aged 18 months in neutral French oak, allowing purity of fruit and terroir to shine through.
