Chardonnay

Our S&G Chardonnay is a beautiful golden straw colour that offers a classic enjoyable expression of Chardonnay with all elements - fruit, spice, creaminess. With aromas of apple, buttermilk, and caramel. On the palate we have flavours of honey crisp apple, vanilla custard, and lemon. This wine is soft, juicy, saline/savoury, dry, and clean.

Food Pairing: The 2021 S&G Chardonnay is a very inviting white wild mushroom pizza, sea bass, charred cabbage salad with smoked trout, pork tenderloin, roasted chicken, scalloped potatoes. Pair wells with extra old 5 year aged Cheddar.
