Clear and bright with a pretty, aromatic aroma of apricot, yellow apple, honeycomb, and spring blossom. This is a dry, medium-bodied wine with a smooth, slightly rich mouthfeel, along with flavours of tropical fruit, pear, and melon. The fresh acidity appears on the finish, along with flavours of tropical fruit and a touch of floral. Drink while young and fresh or cellar through 2024.
Serve chilled at 12 to 14°C with baked or pan-fried firm fillets of fish; Dungeness crab cakes; lightly seasoned pork tenderloin; crown roast of pork; poached salmon; mild curry chicken with jasmine rice; turkey breast with garlic aioli on crusty rolls; baked ham.
