Pinot Noir

Made with Pinot Noir from Niagara and fermented in 100% stainless steel to retain fresh, fruit characteristics, this Rose is lightly sparkling from fermentation in bottle. Some sediment of lees remains in bottle from the bottle fermentation, adding roundness and a bit of depth to the fresh wine. Aromas of bright and fresh red fruit, with some earthiness to balance. This is dry wine best served chilled or even on ice.
