Appearance: Bright, clear, very pale straw in colour.
Nose: Medium aromatic intensity with fresh pear, banana, nectarine, and peach fruit. Honeycomb and white flowers also emerge.
Palate: Medium body, medium acid. Lemon zest, fresh orange and grapefruit on the palate.
Quality: Good quality.This wine is very representative of Pinot Gris from the region with its ripe fruit and floral aromatics and flavours with a hint of sweetness. Medium length finish with mild oaking. An easy drinking wine.
Food Pairing: Appetizers from foie gras to jalapeño poppers, pan-fried salmon with hoisin sauce, scallops with butter and pancetta, both Asian and East Indian curries.
