Summerhill Pyramid Winery (established 1991) is Canada's largest organic winery, BC's first Demeter biodynamic vineyard, and Canada's foremost producer of sparkling wine. Our winemaking philosophy is that organic and biodynamic provides the royal road to producing exceptionally beautiful, authentic, terroir-based wine that will connect you with the beautiful Okanagan Valley.

Tasting Notes: Juicy, vibrant and oh-so-refreshing! This masterpiece blend gives aromas of lime peel, pink lady apple and yellow melon. Light on the palate and barely off dry with flavours of ripe grapefruit, bergamot and orange. Finishes in fine style with length and freshness.

Food Pairing Notes: Perfectly matched with a sunny patio and light summer fare. Pair with life!

Vineyard Notes: A combination of Riesling, Ehrenfelser, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Muscat grapes were selected from pristine, certified organic vineyards throughout the Okanagan Valley. 2021 was a warmer growing season in the Okanagan Valley, producing superbly flavoured wines with intense fruit.

Winemaker Notes: Each variety was hand harvested, destemmed, and pressed into separate stainless-steel tanks before undergoing fermentation. Final blending and filtering occurred before bottling.
