Fresh and stylish! Dominant notes of red plum, raspberry, licorice and sage with a hint of strawberry.
Great for sipping on its own or paired with anything from the grill. Try with heavier fish dishes, hard cheeses, wild mushrooms and olives.
Vineyard Notes: Organic grapes were hand harvested from Esther Vineyard (Kaleden, BC) and Sehkon Family Vineyard (Osoyoos, BC). 2019 was a mild growing season in the Okanagan Valley, yielding red wines of balance and freshness.
Winemaker Notes: The Esther and Sehkon portions fermented separately in 10,000L oak foudres. The wine was then racked into neutral oak barrels where it rested for 13 months before blending and bottling.
