Tasting Note: A refreshing wine with notes of citrus, green apple, lemon zest and pineapple.

Recommended drinking: 2023-2028

The grapes for this wine were hand selected from individual blocks in Buta's vineyard in the Okanagan valley. The grapes were pressed whole cluster then fermented in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. The wine was aged in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels for 8 months.

Minimal intervention wine. May contain Tartrate crystals (white) a natural part of the wine.

Winemaking: Combination of Stainless Steel and Barrel fermentation, aged in French oak barrels on lees for 8 months.

Appearance: Bright straw in colour.
Nose: Toasty, cashew nut and apple nose with a hint of vanilla oak.
Palate: Medium-bodied, spicy, apple and green peach flavours. Beautifully balanced with well-integrated oak. An elegant wine with great energy. Perfect food wine.
Quality: 91 points – Wine Club Canada. Outstanding. Drink now or hold through 2024.

Food Pairing: Lobster BLT on potato rolls, baked chicken breast with tarragon, hazelnut-crusted pork chop, steak béarnaise, and penne with a creamy avocado sauce.
