The grapes for this wine were hand selected from individual blocks in our Oliver vineyards in the Okanagan valley. The grapes were pressed whole cluster then fermented and aged for 14 months in the combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels to gain complexity and safeguard the fruit flavours and fresh notes in the wine.
Tasting Note: A refreshing wine, with notes of lime, honey and pear, with a pleasant sweet finish.
Minimal intervention wine. May contain Tartrate crystals (white) a natural part of the wine
Recommended drinking: 2023–2026
The 2021 vintage was a featured wine in April 2023's Wine Club package.
