Tasting Notes: An approachable take on the 2020 vintage. Aromas of baking spice, black fruit & cedar leap out of the glass. With the palate bursting with ripe fruit like blackberry & forest floor. You will be delighted to find firm structure and a dry finish on this wine.

Winemaker Notes: Experience the perfect balance of French and American oak aging with Dream 2020. This wine was carefully harvested in November to bring out its unique flavor, and then aged for 19 months for a smooth finish.
The 2020 vintage was a featured wine in December 2023's Wine Club package.

Appearance: Dense purple in colour.
Nose: Cedar, toasty, spicy nose of black fruits.
Palate: Medium- to full-bodied, richly extracted flavours of blackcurrant and plum backed by oak spice and carried on a lively finish of dark chocolate and a note of violets.
Quality: 91 points – Wine Club Canada. Outstanding.
Food Pairing: Barbecued chicken pizza, veal marsala, cheesy risotto-stuffed bell peppers, lamb chops with rosemary gravy, and fried halloumi cheese with honey.
