Tasting Notes
Colour: Sunset pink
Nose: Aromas of strawberry candy, ripe melon, and raspberry
Palate: Flavours of watermelon, ripe red jam, lemon zest, with crisp acidity
Food Pairings: Cheese and charcuterie, BBQ shrimp, chicken kebabs
Winemaking: Made in the Saignée method where the juice is drained from a tank of red wine during the cold soak or early fermentation. Fermented in stainless steel. Finished off-dry.
