Juicy, fruity, and refreshing, the perfect wine to enjoy with great company and nibbles. It comes with a kiss of sweetness that sticks to the lips. A beautiful blend of Syrah and Merlot, with tasteful skin contact and whisked away early from the rest of the wine to become the Rosé we all know and love.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Salmon pink
Nose: White peach, floral
Palate: Melon, grapefruit, light body, juicy, off-dry
Food Pairings: Cheese and Charcuterie, BBQ shrimp, Chicken kebabs

Winemaking: Made in the Saignée method where the juice is drained from a tank of red wine during the cold soak or early fermentation. This was drained during early fermentation from Merlot and Syrah grapes and then fermented in stainless steel. Finished off-dry.
