Riesling
Tasting Notes: Lemon Custard, lime zest, icing sugar, and almond. Round, with streamlined acidity and a lemony finish.
Winemaker's Note: Harvested in late October, this Riesling is fresh and fruity, but also dry. We were surprised at how quickly it settled out, so we bottled young to retain the freshness and avoid any unnecessary sulphite additions. It has been cellaring in bottle for a few months now. Just waiting for the right moment to be released.
Residual Sugar: 3.4 g/L
