Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is always a favourite for customers, wine writers and judges. It is also our Winemaker's favourite. It is bold and dark and a perfect pairing with our King Cole blue cheese. The grapes for this wine were sourced entirely from our hand tended, sustainably farmed, hand-picked vineyard, right here on the Naramata Bench.
Nose: cassis, graphite, black cherry, chocolate, a hint of cedar
Palate: cherry, cassis, tobacco/cigar box, licorice root, blueberry, pomegranate, blackberry
Residual sugar: 1.9 g/L
