Effervescence captures the pure and beautiful simplicity of the moment, filled with nothing but smiles and the music of clinking glasses. It laughs in the face of waiting for a special occasion, as every minute of every day can be just that: a special occasion with fond memories to match.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Pale Straw
Nose: Flowers and apple
Palate: Melon, peach, lemon, bright & light body, dry

Food Pairings: Creamy cheeses, Stuffed mushrooms, Sushi, Smoked salmon or fried chicken

Winemaking: Grapes were hand-sorted then whole bunch pressed. This wine is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Blanc. Components were fermented separately with some lees stirring on the Pinot Blanc.
