This alluring, medium-bodied dry white with notes of peach and lemon was rated 90 points by wine expert Tony Aspler. Enjoy this wine with fried mashed potato balls and sour cream or steamed mussels in creamy white wine sauce.
An outstanding, classic gewürztraminer with aromas of orange blossom and a hint of ginger followed by flavours of grapefruit and lychee. This white received 91 points from wine expert Tony Aspler and is a lovely pairing with sweet and spicy pork tenderloin served over steamed rice or crispy prosciutto di Parma.
Earning a rating of 91-93 points by Tony Aspler, this full-bodied red boasts exceptional flavours of black fruit and oak. Drink now alongside slow-roasted lamb with garlic and rosemary or bruschetta with kalamata olives, or hold for a few years for a truly rewarding experience.
This outstanding, full-bodied, and elegant red has aromas of blueberry, blackcurrant, and a hint of cedar with flavours of blueberry and black plum. With a rating of 91 points, this cab franc is an exceptional pairing with garlic herb butter-roasted chicken or slow-cooked duck with green olives and Herbes de Provence.
