Tawse Winery is one of the most acclaimed Canadian producers. They believe that true winemaking begins in the vineyards and carefully tend to their vines by hand to ensure low yields of the highest quality grapes possible. Their commitment to sustainability is a core focus — not only do they grow organic grapes, but they also utilize a wetland bio-filter to recycle all the winery process water. It's no surprise that they were named Canadian Winery of the Year in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2016.

This tantalizing, medium-bodied chardonnay has a toasty apple and vanilla bouquet with notes of oak spice and flavours of yellow apple on the palate. It received a score of 91 points from wine expert Tony Aspler. Pair it with salmon in a lemon dill cream sauce or shrimp dynamite sushi rolls.
2019 Grower’s Blend Sauvignon Blanc
A medium-bodied sauvignon blanc with aromas of cut grass and lemon zest. Enjoy flavours of tart lemon, guava, and green pineapple. Try a glass with fish and chips or baked Tuscan chicken.
An award-winning gamay noir that scored 90 points from Tony Aspler. A nose of cherry, oak, and vanilla with dry sour cherry flavour. Pairs very well with roasted duck with citrus pan sauce or gourmet sausage pizza.
2019 Grower’s Blend Cabernet Franc
A fantastic, medium-bodied cabernet franc with a cedary, vanilla, oak spice nose. It has an elegant flavour of red plum with a subtle note of orange peel, and received a score of 91 points from Tony Aspler. Enjoy this wine with creamy cilantro chipotle chicken or a grilled bacon cheeseburger.
