2017 Hatch Dynasty White

2017 Dynasty White

A terrific blend of chardonnay, semillon, and muscat, this medium to full-bodied wine has aromas of spice, baked apple, and lemon zest. The peachy-apple flavours are beautifully balanced allowing this wine to pair well with grilled tarragon mustard chicken, fruited curry chicken salad with toasted pecans, and butter poached lobster with fresh tomatoes.

2016 Crown & Thieves Roussanne Viognier

2016 Crown & Thieves Roussanne Viognier

A delightful blend of roussanne and viognier, this medium to full-bodied white wine boasts a spicy, minerally, and apricot nose with a light floral note. With peach and tangerine flavours on the palate, this dry wine is best enjoyed with dishes such as roast chicken with a creamy green peppercorn sauce, Thai braised beef with a coconut-ginger curry, and apricot chicken salad with a honey vinaigrette.

2016 Screaming Frenzy Shiraz

2016 Screaming Frenzy Shiraz

This opaque purple coloured syrah has notes of cedar, blackberry, and vanilla oak spice on the nose. On the palate, rich black fruit flavours with oak spice and savoury dried herbs on the finish. This full-bodied wine is best paired with ox cheek stew with orange and star anise, smoked beef brisket nachos, and barbequed dry-rubbed ribs with red potatoes.

2016 Hatchchild Cabernet Sauvignon

2016 Hatchchild

An elegant, ruby-purple coloured wine with notes of cedar and blackcurrant with vanilla oak spice. Scoring an outstanding 91-93 point rating (dependent on cellaring) from Tony Aspler, this medium-bodied, dry red is a perfect match with a classic filet mignon, beef lasagna with blue cheese, or zucchini and potato moussaka.
