Since opening their doors, Villa Bacchus has been producing exceptional wine. Hand-crafted from vineyard to bottle, this Niagara winery offers some of the highest quality wine the region has to offer. Expert winemaker Andrzej Lipinski showcases his talent here with an array of appassimento-style wines and complex blends on offer. With a large portfolio of top-notch wine, this winery is not one to be overlooked.

This bright chardonnay has delightful aromas of apple and pineapple with toasty notes of brioche and salted caramel on the palate. This versatile wine pairs perfectly with salmon cakes and slow-roasted pork.
The nose on this pinot is lovely with cherry, strawberry, tea leaf, and toasty oak spice. The palate is dry with well-integrated tannins. A fantastic pairing with beef carpaccio with truffle vinaigrette and spaghetti with turkey meatballs.
This medium to full-bodied red is a blend of cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and dornfelder. This rich wine is filled with notes of plum, raisin, cedar, and tobacco with a dark chocolate finish. Enjoy with pesto pizza with artichokes and prosciutto, a miso curry stir-fry with green beans, and sweet and spicy BBQ pork.
This elegant white blend of gewürztraminer, chardonnay, pinot gris, and sauvignon blanc will have you dreaming about summertime. Enjoy tropical notes of lychee, rose petal, and ginger on the nose, followed by sweet honeysuckle and peach flavours in every sip. Try pairing it with scallop ceviche or steamed clams.
