A luxurious wine grown by Raisin D’etre Vineyards on the Naramata Bench. There are aromas of banana, honeysuckle, apricot and violets on the nose with a rich round mouth-feel on the palate.
Pairs with Thai dishes, braised chicken, stuffed trout and rich cheeses.

Appearance: Bright, clear. Hay-coloured core, lighter rim.
Nose: Medium aromatic intensity. Lilac and rose petals. Green apple, peach, apricot, and a touch of honey.
Palate: Medium body, medium acid. Peach, nectarine, banana, floral notes. Nutmeg.
Food Pairing: Roasted chicken and game bird, salmon tacos with fruit salsa, honey-mustard glazed pork tenderloin, chicken tagine with apricots and almonds, baked apples, pear tart.
Lang Vineyards was established in 1990 and is BC’s first farm gate winery. They are now a ripe 27 years old and experts on the Naramata Bench. Starting with founder Guenther Lang, the winery has continued their dedication to high quality viticultural and winemaking practices.
This wine is excellent quality and has a gorgeous, strong entry that’s very full of fruit, but balanced well with acidity. Aged in stainless steel for 5 months, the wine’s flavour has the weight to match the lovely aromatics, and is very persistent and even from front to back of the palate with a lovely, long finish. You can cellar it if you wish for 1-2 years, but it’s drinking wonderfully right now.
