Ripe aromas of plum, dark cherry, and blackberry mingle with subtle hints of vanilla. On the palate, velvety tannins support flavors of plum, blackcurrant, and raspberry. Drink now or cellar up to 2032.
Aged in a combination of French, Hungarian and American oak for 12 months before bottling.

Appearance: Deep ruby-purple in colour.
Nose: Cedary nose of black plum with a mocha note.
Palate: Medium- to full-bodied, richly extracted flavours of plum and black cherry, firmly structured with ripe tannins and balancing acidity.

Food Pairing: Duck confit, beef short ribs, gnocchi with pork sausage, Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich, and roasted turkey with cranberry sauce and other fan favourite holiday sides.
