Shiny Apple Cider Home of Fresh Wines

Shiny Apple has been making cider since 2014, with every apple grown on Ontario family farms. The cider is vegan and gluten free.

The same operation bottles FRESH Wines from Ontario grapes, leaning to sparkling and rosé built for easy drinking rather than contemplation.

Every bottle ships straight from the producer.

The story behind Shiny Apple Cider

Shiny Apple is a Niagara-on-the-Lake cider that launched in 2014, grown out of the Hunse family's long history of farming in the region. The family worked the land in fruit long before they pressed it into cider.

It shares a home with FRESH Wines, a sister label of bright, young Niagara wines made at the same site.

Ontario apples, pressed fresh

The flagship cider is a blend of several apple varieties grown on Ontario family farms, which is where its rounded, easy flavour comes from. It is gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and sits around seven percent alcohol.

Beyond the classic, there is a whole run of flavoured ciders, from a Pinot Noir blend to a pear and Gewurztraminer version. The FRESH wines next door lean the same way, made young and bright to drink soon.
