- Pinot Gris
- Sauvignon Blanc
This Bianco is truly a perfect sipping wine. With a golden hue to a white-water finish in the glass. The nose carries notes of honey while the palate is full of pears and apricots. The fresh acidity of this wine gives a clean crisp finish. Pair with a stone fire margherita pizza or a scallop ceviche.
The 2019 vintage was a featured wine in our February Wine Club package, 2021.
