Winemaker Notes: 2020 was a remarkable vintage for winemaking in Ontario everywhere, but particularly for Bordeaux red grapes from the Serluca Family Vineyard just south of Virgil. This seriously age-worthy single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon stunned us at harvest with its depth of ripe flavour and structure. We left these big wines in barrel for an extra 8 months in profound respect of their potential.
