Dark cherry and dark cocoa follows through on both aromatic and palate. Including a hint of cinnamon and spice and smokiness. Port-like.
Winemaking
Picked at -10 degrees Celsius and fermented for 6 weeks. 90% stainless steel and 10% French neutral oak.
Residual Sugar: 250 g/L
