Full bodied red which exhibits notes of dark cherry, cassis, and dark plum fruit followed on the palate with an elegant smoky finish.
Winemaking
After 4 weeks maceration on skins, immediate transfer to barrel for an aging time of 24 months in 70% new French oak and 30% used French oak.
Residual Sugar: 1 g/L
