This is an elegant, full bodied red blend of Merlot (46%), Cabernet Franc (36%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (18%). This blend is a true reflection of the exceptional 2020 growing season with its expressive, vibrant aromas and, along with its seamless integration of flavours that provide intriguing nuance, complexity and structure. Best serving temperature 16 to 19 ° C.
This is a very versaitile wine. Pair with roast beef or hearty beef stews or Italian dishes such as lasagna or Bolognese pasta. Enjoy with hamburgers on the grill or barbecued short ribs.
