Our 2025 Premium Chardonnay follows the guiding philosophy that oak should be to wine as seasoning is to food - enough toadd interest and complexity but not so much that it overwhelms. This wine has aromas of vanilla, peach, pear and toasty oak coupled with a smooth, rish texture and a long refreshing citrus finish.
A lovely and versaitle wine, this lighter oaked chardonnay goes well with grilled or roasted white fish, roast chiken with herbs, mushroom and risotto and creamy cheeses such as brie or camembert.
