This wine is lovingly produced from the Bordertown Vineyard, grown by Mohan Gill. This is a slightly off dry Pinot Gris that features tropical notes and tastes of fresh cut green apple and honeydew melon. We used extended skin contact and whole cluster pressing to add texture and a dash of orange color to this special wine. It pairs well with seafood, sushi, or a day at the beach. BC VQA Certified.

Appearance: Bright. Golden straw colour.
Nose: A lovely bouquet of white flowers, kumquat, nectarine, orange, and hints of peach and lemon-lime.
Palate: Medium acid, medium body. Fruit-forward flavours of golden delicious apple, tropical fruit, peach pit, and melon.
Quality: 90 points – Wine Club Canada. Outstanding.
Food Pairing: Nashville hot ‘n’ fried chicken sandwich, fresh mozzarella and basil on caprese toasts, chicken and shrimp kabobs with summer vegetables, crab-encrusted halibut with chili cream sauce, and pork shoulder with pineapple and sesame broccoli.
