2022 Okanagan Valley 750 mL, 12% ALC/VOL

WINEMAKING: Made from Auxerrois and Chardonnay grown in Naramata, the wine was fermented in concrete, stainless and large barrels for complexity and palate enhancement whilst retaining freshness then placed in charmat tanks for secondary fermentation for 90 days (hence the name XC). An explosion of pineapples and rich tropical fruits intermingle with floral petal notes that entice the senses. A rich and creamy palate with a delicate mousse and very fine length show.
