A blend of 66% Merlot and 44% Cabernet Franc. This Cabernet Merlot was aged in French oak for 24 - 36 months. It has an attractive nose of juicy plum and ripe raspberries with some subtle baking space showing through. It is full-bodied with abundant ripe and polished tannins. The fruit and substantial structure stand up beautifully to red meats, wood-fired pizza or spaghetti and meatballs.
