- 2023 Cabernet Merlot: A smooth red wine from an amazing vintage. Plum, cherries, vanilla and a hint of earthiness on the nose. Medium bodied with fine-grained tannins and a long finish.
- 2023 Shiraz: Ripe blackberry, raspberry, and a hint of smoked vanilla. The palate is rich and medium-bodied, showcasing dark plum, smooth berries, and a touch of earthy spice, balanced by well-integrated acidity and tannin. A lingering finish of fruit and subtle oak leaves a smooth, warming impression.
- 2023 Cabernet Franc: Aged 8 months in stainless steel with French oak chips. Deep aromas of black cherry, roasted red pepper, cocoa, cranberry, and baking spices. Flavours of chocolate and cherry cola on a full-bodied, rich, and juicy palate with firm tannin and a rich, long finish.
