Sourced from Osoyoos in the South Okanagan, this vibrant Cabernet Franc Malbec blend reflects the warmth and intensity of the 2021 vintage. The late-June heat dome brought extreme temperatures and lower yields, resulting in beautifully concentrated, high-quality fruit. Aromas of blackberry, cassis and dark cherry are layered with violet, cocoa and subtle sagebrush. The palate is rich and juicy, with ripe black fruit giving way to bright red berry notes and gentle spice. Smooth, polished tannins and fresh acidity bring balance and lift, leading to a long, supple finish with lingering fruit and spice. Enjoy with grilled lamb, charred vegetables, smoked brisket, mushroom dishes or aged cheddar.
