Deep garnet with a violet rim, this bold South Okanagan blend opens with expressive aromas of cassis, blackberry, and black cherry, layered with cracked black pepper, smoked meat, violet, and subtle notes of cedar and dried herbs. Full-bodied and concentrated, the palate delivers ripe blackcurrant, plum, and blueberry, supported by dark chocolate, espresso, and a hint of licorice. Syrah brings juiciness and savoury spice, while Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure, length, and a silky yet firm backbone.
