Pale gold with a faint green shimmer, bright and inviting in the glass. The nose is elegantly layered, with Sauvignon Blanc offering grapefruit zest, gooseberry, and fresh herbs, while Semillon adds honeysuckle, lemon curd, beeswax, and subtle notes of white peach and gentle oak spice from partial French oak aging.
On the palate, it’s medium-bodied with a polished, silky texture. Lively citrus, green apple, and passion fruit are balanced by Semillon’s pear, melon, and creamy mid-palate depth. A fine line of acidity carries the wine through a long, clean finish, echoing citrus peel, fresh herbs, and a quiet touch of beeswax.
