Winemaking: The grapes are hand-harvested from select vineyards in Osoyoos, where the sun kisses the earth and infuses the fruit with life. Each grape is carefully sorted and destemmed, ensuring that only the finest make their way into the blend. Each variety was fermented and aged separately in a delicate embrace of 30% new French and American oak, allowing for the rich and distinct character of each to unfold. The blending process, a labour of love, spanned approximately two weeks as the team meticulously sought the perfect balance, creating a harmonious union in the glass. With a limited production of just 150 cases, this wine embodies exclusivity and reflects the unwavering dedication to quality at every stage of its creation.
