This 2025 Evolve Rosé is made from Syrah grown at our Solmere Vineyard in Osoyoos. While Syrah is typically known for producing deep, dark wines, we took a different approach here — the grapes were gently sorted and pressed right away, with little to no skin contact, giving the wine its delicate pink hue. Inspired by the classic style of Provence.
