Hand picked and hand sorted from reduced crop. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Yellow straw colour. Strong aromas of honeysuckle, vanilla, and pear. Medium body with intense melon flavours. Higher sugar than many Sauvignon Blancs, but still very approachable and easy to pair. Try it with chicken dishes, light pastas, or salads with oil and herbs.
Food pairings: Try this wine with seafood - oysters, lobster, shrimp, and bass fish are great pairings. Goes well with many softer cheeses, such as young Brie, cream cheese, goat cheese, Feta, Gouda, and Swiss. Fresh herbs are the key to pairing this wine. Best enjoyed on the patio on a hot day.
