Juicy notes of wild strawberry, black cherry, cantaloupe, watermelon, and savoury nuances on the nose. Bright cherry and grapefruit lead on the palate with mineral complexity and melon. Pleasingly rounded and weighty.
Food pairing: Charcuterie, bbq salmon, grilled sausages, feta and watermelon salad, sunshine and happiness. Pretty much anything goes with Rosé!
Winemaker's notes: This fruit was harvested earlier in the season to create a light, refreshing Rosé with great fruit flavour and elegance. Left for approximately 1 hour on skins to gently extract some colour and flavour. Fermented at cool temperatures to protect those delicate aromas and flavour compounds.
