Strawberry | Herbal | Oak
Description/Winemakers Notes This was a typical growing season, but a varied harvest. There were early picks, followed by rain events, but the Cabernet Franc was able to hang clean and longer on the vine due to some late-season cool evenings. This wine was picked from our South, older block of Cabernet Franc and was macerated on skins for three weeks. It was aged in French oak barrels, 20% new, for 15 months.
