This Chardonnay has been meticulously crafted, aged for 13 months in 100% French Oak barrels and a slow cool primary fermentation, followed by 100% malo-lactic fermentation, we have created a vintage that is both refined and soft on the palate.
All grapes were sourced from vineyards in Niagara on the Lake, known for producing grapes of exceptional quality, showcasing the unique terroir and climate of the region.
