Tasting Note: This Gentil-inspired wine from the certified organic Summerland
Bench vineyard is a Riesling-dominant field blend. It displays
aromatic notes of candied ginger spice, rose water and
elderflower on the nose, and a palette of juicy, fleshy lychee and
nectarine.
Vinification: Whole cluster pressed | Pied de Cuve native
ferment | Aged on lees for 5 months
