This delicious and traditional Syrah Viognier blend (91% and 9%) was co-fermented in concrete tanks and aged in large format neutral oak. The combination leads to a spicy, peppery lift with rich black fruits from the Syrah. The Viognier adds floral and perfumed aromatics backed by supple tannins and a glacial freshness.
