TASTING NOTESOrganic wine is made from grapes grown in accordance with principals of organic farming, which typically excludes the use of artificial chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides and herbicides. With our Pelee Pure White, the grapes are pressed in a separate press allowing the juice to settle down for one day. This is an all-natural process with no yeast added. Expect an expressive, vibrant wine that has a refined a floral driven bouquet. Crisp tropical fruit on the palate, light acidic quality.
