Inviting aromas of licorice, clove, nutmeg, black plum, date... A dark garnet colour with inviting aromas of licorice, clove, nutmeg, black plum, date, sultana, fruit cake, and black forest cake. The palate is rich and smooth, offering flavours of black cherry, dark plum, vanilla, clove, and raisin. It finishes soft and rounded, leaving a warm impression of dark fruit and gentle spice. Aged 18 months in a combination of neutral (86%) French oak and (14%) American neutral oak, 42% new.
